Who we are.

EQMade is an experience design, delivery and operational consulting company with expertise in all facets of tourism operations from cultural engagement andinterpretation, design & build, through to operational optimisation.  

The team have completed many tourism projects including the All Blacks Experience in Auckland and the Dark Sky Project in Takapō. EQMade have experience in the cultural engagement area having held executive leadership roles at Ngāi Tahu Tourism and led the manawhenua engagement component of the Mackenzie District Destination Management plan.  In addition the team have recently completed assignments in board strategy, food tourism and tourism product feasibility. 

The team have many years of experience with New Zealand’s foremost tourism companies delivering experiences in over twenty different operations ranging from Campervan design and experiences, jet boat operations to high-end multi-day guided walks.
